adidas Originals continue to lead the way; adding yet another fresh silhouette to their range.
Inspired by the NMD concept of urban discovery, the same clean lines and high design can be seen in the X_PLR. With a minimalist and instantly recognisable aesthetic, the X_PLR takes a subtle approach to style. Built in breathable mesh, these shoes have speed lacing for a sleek and clean look. The reflective 3-Stripes and heel tab add modern detailing. Featuring EVA in the midsole for lightweight cushioning.
The Adidas EQT range was first launched in March 1991, standing for EQUIPMENT and designed to meet the needs of athletes across many sports. The EQT range was designed to be "Everything that is essential, Nothing that is not." However, quickly finding its way onto the streets, has become a much sought after shoe for OG sneakerheads around the world.
Peter Moore, one of the legendary designers behind the Air Jordan, was recruited by Adidas to head up the Adidas Equipment division. With the fall of the Berlin Wall a backdrop to the brands new era, the shoes included a new logo free of the traditional trefoil and the now signature EQT Green adorning most releases. Add the already popular Torsion sole unit and a new icon was born.
Fast forward to 2017 and the EQT is updated again for a new generation. The EQT Support ADV is set to be one of the silhouettes of the year, backed up and inspired by the EQT Support RF, Adidas Originals have done it again. The legacy of quality has been carried into the now with premium materials, purposeful construction and the re-introduction of the trefoil logo leaving us with the best of Adidas in its newest form.
The Adidas EQT Support range launches online at 12AM (00:00) on the morning of January 26th and in store on Friday the 27th.
