SHIPPING

We offer standard or Express shipping to Australia on all orders.

Orders will be delivered to your nominated address Monday to Friday during business hours. Orders are generally processed within 1-2 days of being accepted and items are then shipped and tracked via Australia Post or Sendle. Delivery within Australia usually takes 3-5 working days after processing, but may take longer to more remote destinations. 

Orders over 2 items may be shipped in multiple boxes.

Please note for international order additional taxes may be incurred depending on your countries import tax laws. 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Returns and exchanges for online orders will only be accepted where the product has not been worn, altered or washed and has all original tags attached. Returns and exchanges may be posted back at the customer’s expense or returned/exchanged in person at the store.

We are happy to offer a full refund (excluding postage charges) if product is returned to us within 7 days of delivery to your address. We will accept exchanges up to 14 days after delivery to your address.

If you wish to exchange/return an item, please get in touch via our Contact Us page. Please provide your order number.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products are not in new, unused condition. Products sent for return that are not in new condition can be sent back at the customer’s expense or may be collected from the store.

All items are quality checked before they are shipped to your address. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect and notify Concrete Jungle of any faulty or damaged goods within 5 working days of receiving the goods.

Any product that arrives with a fault must be returned within 7 days of receipt of your order. Faulty goods will be reviewed and dealt with as per the manufacturer’s warranty.
